Celebrating the 1 year anniversary of Taiwanese store PHANTACi, they got together with Nike to produce the Air Max 1 “The Grand”. Inspired by the grand piano, the masterpiece on stage, the sneaker comes in a mix of white, black and gold patent leather. The pink is the color of the store. The inner sole features a piano keyboard print and matching the shoe they also produced a varsity jacket. Via Kenlu.

Japanese artist Taka Hayashi did not only work on his own collaborative pack with Vans, but this time got together with Vans and Active for their “Drop Sneakers Not Bombs” initiative. Releasing in November is a pack of two sneakers designed by the artist. Once again lots of customization has been added to the sneaker, without playing too much with color, rather with patterns and materials.

With the release of not one but two smart phones in the last month, the first being the Blackberry Bold, and now this Blackberry Storm, RIM has put themselves in a great position to compete with Apple in the smartphone market. The Blackberry Storm features an easy touch screen navigation, similar to the iPhone, but in addition it features some of the usual qualities of a Blackberry such as push email. The Blackberry Bold will be release in Novebmer exclusively to Verizon Wireless.

With the new launch of their website slated for October 26th, RoyaleFam is looking to release their latest custom sneaker endeavor, the Dead Generals Jackal & Hyde Collection. Utilizing the popular Dunk from Nike, these are arguably some of RoyaleFam’s most detailed and painstakingly reproduced releases yet with a dominant war theme. Selvedge denim is seen coupled with propaganda poster-like patterns, heavy lacelock work and a zipper closure. The site relaunch will go down on October 26th at 10:00 pm EST.

Originally previewed from within the new DC Life Collection, a collection orientated towards a more casual and mature stylings, the DC Sector 7 is seen here in its latest form. The sleek silhouette offers an interesting array of materials from the texturized toebox to the bits of perforated leather and nubuck. The use of a blue tongue brightens things up as well. No word yet on availability.

Kicking off the third installment of their Brazil custom series, the SB camp give three of their top pro’s another hack at designing their own signature Dunks. Following a musical theme, we get a cassette tape Fabio Cristiano model, Cezar Gordo headphone joints and Rodrigo Petersen walkman inspired Dunks. All three are limited to 480 pairs and will hit select Brazilian accounts November 13th along with matching apparel.

Soooo pretty much, if you live in America.... you wont be getting any of these at your local shop any time soon, haha, go ebay these bitches in about two months. in the mean time, enjoy

Ok, i now I've been going mad crazy with all these sneaker posts guys haha, lately thats all I've been reading and treating my eyes to. I can't help but to share with you haha.

Here we have Nikes' Air Max Light for the Fall 2008 lookbook. These are by far are one of my favorite Air Max's out there right now, if only these were 90's, they'd top everyone i've ever seen haha, but yeah. Those loud colors just do it for me on this shoe. The other colorway, a predominately black style features bits of purple tones on the midsole and liner to offer a pleasing combination. Both feature mesh toeboxes which will appeal to a wide variety of sneaker fans. Available now at select Nike accounts

OSANG GWON - KEANE

As part of the latest album release from Keane, the British rock band partnered with innovative sculptor Osang Gwon to create part of the artwork for their Perfect Symmetry album. Osang Gwon’s style which began approximately 10 years ago enlisted a painstaking method of utilizing photography along with Styrofoam sculpture to bring together the 2-D world of photography with that of the 3-D world of sculptures. Each member of the band is photographed through numerous angles and from there the images are pieced back together to create a sculpture which offers an interesting vision of the real-life versions of each band member.
